(Grommets are plastic to avoid any rusting should you decide to mist using the air holes) They are covered with Mesh Fabric. Feeder hole is secured with a Wooden cork stop. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEnclosure - Plastic 5 x 5 x 9 Container is a flip top container which opens from the bottom. This allows you to lift the top of the enclosure off for easier cleaning. Acrylic does scratch so be careful what you clean it with. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePlants - All plants are fake. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll heavy items are glued into place with E6000 which is a strong adhesive. It is silicone based and non toxic, waterproof, and holds up to strong temperature extremes. Plants are secured with hot glue.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePLEASE READ: A humid environment can encourage mold and bacteria which is not safe for your spider. Wood items in enclosure are sealed against moisture to protect them from molding quickly. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAlthough wood items are sealed, EXCESSIVE MISTING AND MOISTURE CAN CAUSE MOLD. When misting enclosures, it should be a light mist and done to the sides of the enclosure to discourage mold or bacteria growth. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI advise cleaning and inspecting your enclosure weekly. Wet a q-tip or paper towel and wipe down plants and wood items. This prevents mold and bacteria from forming.
